CEO & Senior Consultant

Paul Mulholland

Paul is the founder, CEO and senior consultant of Merchant City Medical Group. He has gained a wealth of experience working alongside Harley Streets most prestigious clinics. Regarded as one of the UK & Ireland’s most knowledgeable consultants on hair loss & hair restoration, Paul takes great pride in the services he provides.  He has consulted with over 20,000 patients. 

Being a hair loss sufferer himself, Paul feels extremely passionate about helping others. He has travelled throughout the UK, Ireland & Holland the past 5 years, providing patients with a clear insight on how to restore, not only their hair but also their confidence. Paul began his journey, with scalp pigmentation to add density to a shaved hairstyle, he later had a successful FUE transplant, allowing him a longer, fuller hairstyle.

Dr Karima Medjoub

Dr Karima Medjoub is a GMC-registered Consultant Plastic Surgeon with over 15 years of surgical experience. She completed her medical degree at the University of Glasgow and specialist plastic surgery training across NHS Lothian and NHS Grampian, including advanced reconstructive work at the renowned Canniesburn Plastic Surgery Unit.

Following her FRCS (Plast) qualification, Dr Medjoub undertook a prestigious Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship with Quaba Plastic Surgery in Edinburgh, where she refined her skills in facial rejuvenation, blepharoplasty, breast surgery, liposuction, labiaplasty, and body contouring.

She is a full member of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS) and an associate member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS). Dr Anna De Leo

Ms Anna De Leo qualified in 2001 from the University of Palermo. In 2006, obtained a further plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery degree in Rome.

Her extensive training started in Brazil (Belo Horizonte in 1994) since she was working in Plastic surgery fields gaining international reputation Member of the Italian, British and American society of Plastic surgeons, holding an International Master Degree of Plastic surgery partecipate actively into Plastic surgery private and plastic surgery University departments in UK and Europe. Dr Petru Domocos has gained a wealth of experience in FUE hair transplant sector and Dermatology with more than two decades of experience across Europe with some of the top clinics and private hospitals and clinics across the UK.

Dr Petru gained his medical degree from the Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy Bucharest in 2000. Post degree Dr Petru pursued his training in Internal Medicine and Dermatology, before moving to the UK and in Harley Street to further his training in anti-ageing, non-surgical face and body rejuvenation, and FUE hair transplant.

Dr Afshin Zarei is a GMC-registered clinical doctor with specialised experience in hair restoration and aesthetic medicine. He holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree and completed his medical training in 2018. He is fully registered with the General Medical Council with a licence to practise in the United Kingdom (GMC Number: 8015744).

He has gained hands-on experience in hair transplantation, working as part of multidisciplinary surgical teams and contributing to patient assessment, donor area evaluation, hairline design, surgical planning, and peri-procedural care.
